Beyond borders: The Kids&Us payroll puzzle

Kids&Us, an innovative company in language teaching for children, had a clear objective: to expand to 1,000 centers by 2027. However, its human resources system was not prepared to support such growth. Personnel management, divided between two agencies in different countries, was ineffective, generating excess paperwork, difficulties in conciliation and regulatory compliance problems. To achieve its expansion goals, Kids&Us needed a partner who could offer the right solution.
